Our HRSSC Department at the Share service centre in Shanghai China is looking immediately for a highly motivated
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main responsibility that is manage the national employee personnel information system; the daily and necessary information exchange of the local personnel assistance system; various personnel information analysis reports; entry and resignation work; personnel file management and employee communication letters and other paperwork.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Information management:
Assist the HRSSC Leader to build a national human resources information system as one of the core members of the project;
According to the local personnel change form, timely update and maintain the data of the human resources information system to ensure the accuracy of the information;
Maintain the daily and master information connection of the local HRIS to ensure timely information exchange;
Create a standard workflow for updating human resources information to guide the daily information maintenance work in various regions;
Ensure the HRIS analysis reports on time and ensure the data is correct;
Create standard workflows for HRIS reports, and coordinate the timely collection and summary of information from different regions;
Provide HRIS analysis HR information to support the HR management needs
Provide support for the organisation of training of HRIS
On boarding & Exit management
Responsible for the on boarding of local employees (application for boarding accounts, preparation of written materials for reports, etc.) and exit (cancellation of registered accounts, issuance of resignation certificates, etc.) communicate with relevant departments;
Create the standard work process for entry and exit, and coordinate the daily entry and resignation work in various regions;
Social security & housing fund management
Responsible for the payment of local social security and housing fund;
Submit social security and housing fund fee applications, and make internal connections with monthly salary;
Responsible for the filing and borrowing of local personnel files;
Create a standard workflow for file management;
Responsible for to create the communication letters and appointment letters for local employees;
Assist in the collection and entry of monthly salary information, and complete the preparation of salary reports;
Assist the HRSSC Leader to support other material according to the plan or accept the tasks assigned by the superior;
And as a temporary support staff for other members of the HRSSC team.
Your ideal profile:
Work calmly, meticulously, rigorously, and have a good sense of teamwork;
Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and strong ability to handle affairs independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of Excel
Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience with local payroll systems and applications
Experience with time and attendance software
Ideally experience with a global HRIS (e.g. Success Factors, Workday etc.)
